Personal Information
In respect of the Application and your licence, the only personal information held by DAD, is your name and the email addresses of those people who are using one of the four licence keys provided with your licence. This information is NOT passed on to Third Parties.
In order to respond to your questions and to keep you informed of future developments, you are able to register with DAD following downloading of the Application. This registration is entirely your choice. This registration information is NOT passed on to Third Parties. The information you provide may be used for the purposes of sending e-mails to you and by registering, you agree to receive e-mails from DAD. These e-mails may contain information about products supplied by our associate company, iBundle Limited, or companies owned in full or part by iBundle Limited. If you wish to deregister you can do so by responding to the e-mail you receive.
Access to your data
DAD is an installed application, rather than being hosted on an external server. This means your data and the data you share is not held or seen by us, but rather is held on your own computers and those with which you have decided to share information. The only time DAD holds data at all on an external server is when you send data to different networks using the DAD webservice. The data is held until the DAD users you are sharing the data with have downloaded it, at which point the data will be deleted from the external server.
Application Communication to DAD Server
The Application does not share any information with the server, DAD Solutions Limited or third parties, except for checking your licence key and its validity.

No notifications or other communications are sent by the Application.
